Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Last updated September 19, 2026.

Tri-Cities Blowouts (“we”, “us”) provides sprinkler winterization in the Tri-Cities, Washington. This policy covers tricitiesblowouts.com and the texts and emails we send about your booking.

What we collect

  • Contact details you enter when booking: first and last name, phone number and email address.
  • Service address details: the property you select, its coordinates and lot size from public county parcel records, your sprinkler zone count, where your controller is, and any notes you add (gate codes, dogs, and so on).
  • Booking details: the day you pick, your price and tier, and any referral code used.
  • Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic usage data: how you arrived at the site (for example an ad or a door hanger link), plus standard server logs.

How we use it

  • To schedule, route and perform your blowout.
  • To text you a booking confirmation, a reminder the evening before and the morning of, and updates if weather moves your day.
  • To take payment and issue refunds or referral credits.
  • To answer your questions when you text or call us.
  • To understand which of our ads and signs actually bring in bookings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the business:

  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Quo — the phone line we use to text and call you.
  • Vercel and Neon — website hosting and the database your booking is stored in.
  • Resend — confirmation emails, if you gave us an email address.
  • Anthropic — we use Claude to help draft replies to messages. Message content may be processed to generate a reply.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages

When you book, you agree to receive texts about that booking at the number you gave us. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of texts may mean we can’t reach you about your service day.

Cookies and advertising

We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel to measure whether our ads lead to bookings. It sets cookies and reports events such as viewing a page, starting checkout and completing a booking. You can limit this through your Meta ad settings, your browser’s cookie controls, or your device’s tracking settings.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to service your account, honor referral credits and meet tax and accounting requirements — generally several years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Your choices

Text or email us and we’ll tell you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Washington residents have rights under the My Health My Data Act and other state law; we’ll honor any applicable request. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
