Common questions
Do I need to be home?+
Nope. As long as we can reach your sprinkler controller and the backflow/blowout valve (usually by the house or in a box by the curb), you can be at work. If your controller is inside, leave the garage code in the notes or plan to be home.
How do I know how many zones I have?+
Look at your sprinkler controller — each numbered station that runs is one zone. Not sure? Pick “Not sure” when booking and we’ll estimate from satellite imagery of your yard.
What if I have more zones than I booked?+
No problem — we blow out every zone. Any extra zones are billed upon completion of service at your booking’s per-zone rate.
Why does the price go up later in the season?+
Everyone calls the week before the first hard freeze. Booking early lets us plan tight routes, so we pass the savings to you. Early bird pricing runs through October 15.
How does scheduling work?+
We group houses by neighborhood so our truck isn’t crossing town all day. When you enter your address we suggest the day we’re already near you — you can pick a different day if it doesn’t work.
